Goose Creek Candles

The app is extremely slow, to the point where it's impossible to search and have any results pop up. I have items in my cart while logged in to my account on the website, so my logic says that the items should carry over to my cart when I'm logged in to my account on the app. Nope, it doesn't carry over even though they'll send me an email/text about whatever I added to my cart on the website. It's also impossible to get your points to load for redemption or to get the 20% off code to work.

Great app. Not perfect app design, but easy user interface, that aside, their candles are amazing! Literally I know several people including myself who are addicted to these candles, wax melts, etc. Great scents, great quality products, fast shipping, and wonderful deals. Their products are easily a 10/10. I have to use every ounce of self control not to place a new order every few days.

Your candle are the BEST! However... The IT department needs to tighten up. I would hate to see you loose customers over someone not knowing how to flip a switch. The search option is no longer working. Also, when we are viewing our order history, we should be able to click on the item of purchase to enable to repurchase. Just a suggestion.
